23 year old Chinese lady, a student from triple MC with chief complaint of emoness for a period of 2 weeks duration. It is sudden in onset, progressively worsening, aggravated by studies and MVK, relieved by love, associated with laziness, anhedonia, intermittent sadness, intermittent happiness, occasional palpitations and prolonged lethargy, no radiation/referrred/migration of emoness to friends and family, no relation to food intake, history of increased appetite and gain of weight. On examination, pulse rate is 90 beats/min, respiratory rate is 18 breaths/min, afebrile, there is loss of hair, presence of dark circles, skin peeling, dryness of lips and multiple aphthous ulcers. All systemic examinations are normal.
What is the provisional diagnosis?
