There are times when I keep telling myself this,
If you ever want something badly, let it go. If it comes back to you, it is yours forever. If it doesn't, it was never yours to begin with.
I'm tired of all these sick assumptions and pretending as if everything is well and good when I know nothing is right for me at this point.
Yet, I can never have the courage to let go cuz I do not want the latter phrase to be true.

Life's a bitch sometimes eh. I mean how are we supposed to let something go when we want them so badly! And how can we just sit there and do nothing and let that something pass us on right? Anyway, we ll just have to trust that God knows what's best for us.
ReplyDeleteJust so true. It's a test of faith to let things go yet if it doesn't turn out the way we want, that's when regret sets in and that's the circumstance which I fear most. Shamefully admit I turn to God only when I needed Him to work things out. ):
