Elegance and Rock

I would describe this post in a very superlative manner since my command in vocabulary is almost zero. It'll sound like, I had the MOST/UTMOST/ULTIMATE happening night! Yeah, cool like that.

The writer herself had been granted the honor to a fine dining at Sirocco, Holiday Inn with the dearest king of... let's call it country X. A posh dining I could say, like I was flabbergasted by the atmosphere and calmness. It's an uttermost lovely night to be chilling out in this fashion. Oh, how I loved it.
Smoked Salmon topped with a cheesy baked oyster, dished with potato and fringed with its best sauce. But I just wasted the oyster cuz I was getting sick of it after consuming a quarter dozen the day before. Or maybe I was in fear of aphrodisiac food. :X OK, that was a pun.

King of X's steak and the baby lobster in a lateral position dished with potato. Took a bite and it's yummilicious!! :) Seemed like I dined with an empty chair. The king was so shy he had to escape my focus. :( Check out the couple behind! That lady is pwweeettttyyyy!!! :)))

After dinner, we were there at Pure Bar for a celebration, post annual night party with the student council's committees.

My Lovely 23rd! (round 5)

It's a week to a month since my birthday and the celebration is still going on due to my uber hectic posting. But the good news coming to your knowledge is, I'm done with my end of posting examination! So I'm abso-free for the time being. Finally, some quality time spared for myself with a night of stillness within this bustling town in bits and pieces. The concern is, I can't get any happier than this when everything seems to move in that proper frequency I needed. How remarkable is that. :)

Alright, a special thanks to Bing Chi for throwing such a soothing post birthday and post EOP celebration. We'd been delaying our date until we're both free today. Took us a while, while we were encircling the town thinking of where to go and decisively chanced upon a Nyonya cum Western Bistro, called Taragon. It's a restaurant located by the riverside that has a totally romantic ambient. It was great to catch up and do the gossip, especially when the surrounding was enhancing. An elegant night accompanied by live sentimental oldies by Aloysius Kessler. It was as though we'd been to Paris and Rome. Somewhere I'd been in my dreams that is. :p

Appetizer: Half a dozen of fried fresh oyster. I like this, taking into account I'm not a person who fancies raw food. Picture blurry.

The founder of Taragon who was constantly walking to us and asking for a feedback about the food. We politely replied, 'It's good!' He then requested us to promote Taragon to our friends and here you go, the advertisement. And that's the 10% discount voucher we got from him. I have no idea why were we even holding the leftlets, just for the sake of promoting?

Downtown Shopaholics

I know. I'm supposed to be slogging hard for my end posting next Wednesday but I skived off and went shopping with the babes instead. Tze Huei, Poh Fong and Xin Ci. We'd planned to do some final touch up before Chinese New Year aproaches. With Tze Huei. Take 1 before meals. The hungry look.

Halfway walking, we bumped into Mr. Cai Shen Ye and took a picture together.

Our second stop. Aeon Jusco. Got the leggings and tube top I wanted. Awesome. It's really cool to go shopping with these babes cuz we just fall ignorantly into the same shops and browse for the same stuff. We headed for a drink after that and tomorrow morning, we have a date for a dimsum brunch. -xoxo-

Chill-out After Four

We did the norm of being kiasu. Rushing off to the largest Aeon Jusco on its first day of operation right after class and did our own classic shopping there. Wheee!! I got myself a retro-style-handbag. Had our dinner at Pizza Hut and it made me abso bloated now.

Munch munch. Chin, Zana, Radzi, Syah.

My favorite J.Co Donut's there too! Chin and I were tempted to share a box of 2 dozens baby donuts cuz they looked simply too adorable! Greedy people. Those tiny donuts are still sitting nicely in the box waiting to be chewed. Seriously need to go on a crash diet after this for I'm in a overnourished state now.

Twitter

Was randomly clicking through Joshua's twitter when I saw something which caught my attention. A picture of myself in his 'Following' column? Wow!! Then came the subsequent query, 'But, I have a twitter account?' Double Wow!! Must have been ancient years ago and I'd forgotten cleanly about it. It's basically I found me in twitter. Funny.

Alright, was caught in a qualm after reading those tweets I posted almost 2 years ago and realized how teary I had been in the past. I fought hard with my biological hard disk trying to recollect the causes to those uneventful days. While amnesia just refuse to harbor in me, I suppose I know it well the etiologies behind the drama. No one knows it better than I do, of being immature and naive. It's hard to comprehend how I'd even tweeted on stuff like that.

I won't deny, I'm a cry baby myself ever since young. Yeah we're supposed to do our laundry once in a while to keep the gland functioning. Okay. I'm stuck at this point, forgetting my initial intention when I started writing this post. Anyways, that's what life is all about. Being bipolar periodically. Trapping in mixture of depression and mania but not to the extremes of impaired daily activities. It's a healthy practice I would say. Moulded me into a tougher individual. I still fail to figure out the immaturity in me 2 years ago but well, it doesn't matter because life gets better as the days go by.

I'm certainly glad and thankful that my mind is persistently filled now by people who managed to carve a smile on me all day long. It seemed to me like the bad days had completely faded and the good times are intensified. I still do my laundry, nonetheless they are tears of joy. This feeling of happiness, I love it just the way it is for I'd never been through a journey as wonderful as this.
